This journal has become neglected of late, and the new year seems an ideal time to start things fresh. In a few days i will be abandoning this journal and opening a new account.

The important people will be added, the rest of you are welcome to add me if you can find me.

I'm hoping the new journal will be more along the lines i wanted my journal to be.

today has been good. i got off school at 2:40 which was cool and managed to get a lift home from charles. tomorrow i'm going to my grandparents, and on sunday i'm going to brighton to take photographs at the countryside alliance and fair trade demonstrations. fun ! my hands are freezing and i cant type properly so i'll end it here.

i want a tunic.

life is busy at the moment. i am managing to keep up with homework by doing it all during free periods. god bless the teacher that thought up private study. it is totally freezing and i cant feel my hands and feet. and while getting in some washing i managed to snap a clothes peg shut on my finger, which hurts like hell when your cold. yeah i know my journal is the most exciting thing EVER.

hello. today i went to the jaques henri lartigue exhibition and also the portrait photography exhibition. lartigue was totally inspiring. tomorrow is my GCSE results day so wish me luck. i'm so nervous, mostly because i have no idea what i will do if i fail these exams. aaah !

i'm also buying a suit tomorrow for sixth form (how exciting !).

things are good. i will post my results tomorrow.

yesterday i went to see the village with aaron, ollie and greg, and i really enjoyed it. i got up late today and spend most of the day mooching around the house.also, i went down to the cabin to tidy it up and when i got in there the window was open and someone had painted the word 'fuck' on one of the doors. weird.

so i made ahhdoctordoctor's new layout this morning and watched a program about stray cats in rome. it was really interesting. they live in a ancient ruin which means they don't get bugged by people and they made nests in walls and things. and they also had fights and there were kittens and things. yeah. if anyone else wants layouts tell me soon.

today was fun. i made an image map on my journal (pretty huh) which took me quite a while, but i managed it in the end. i then cleaned out the shed which my friends left in a complete shit state last time they were here. then i went to caterham with mum and bought a new book. if you're into trashy thrillers read some jonathan kellerman. he's good. if anyone wants a new livejournal layout for free (i'd like the practise) just ask.

today was fun. i stayed home in the morning, and watched tv and stuff. when mum went to work around 2:30 i got a ride with her to where she works and then walked home. the walk is through the countryside and it was really nice. i got a bit lost (well, very lost in a nature reserve) but managed to get to caterham on the hill. i went to tesco and bought some stuff for dinner and then walked home. then i cooked dinner and adam asked me over to his tomorrow. so i'm going to have fun.

i need to start my holiday work soon.

results day is coming far too quickly.

i am out of money.

BUT my portfolio is seriously on its way which is good.

today has been good so far. i got up early to help my dad chop down lots of trees in the garden and be macho and stuff. i've build a super big bombfire which will be lit this evening with phil, aaron, greg, and ollie. i'm also going to cook some bbq and no doubt poison everyone. going to start my photography project tonight as well.

today was really productive. I got up pretty late, and had no plans to do anything but then decided to clear out my room. There was so much dusty shit piled all over the place, some of which i'm 'storing' in the shed and a lot of it i just chucked. It feels good to change things that have stayed the same for so long. everything that i planned for this holiday is starting to happen.

today was better. it cheered me up a bit. i went to thorpe park with aaron, sophie and chloe and we had some fun. the weather was good and it was really nice to spend time with friends i should really spend more time with.

on the way back i saw a crop circle. it looked kind of like a necklace with different sized beads. it was really beautiful.

i need to keep myself occupied.

my life is so stale. i get in these moods where i just want to start everything from fresh and feel like i have much more than i need or deserve. I have so many things that i'd love to do, and intend to do, but every day i seem to follow the same routine that i have been following for far too long and it seems like i will never get these things done. i feel incredibly inadequate. this is hopeless.
